We recently posted a new video interview with Benefit Concept’s Greg Hussey, CIO and Bhupesh Saini, Director of Software Development. In case you haven’t heard, Benefit Concepts is a 20+ year old company that provides total benefit processing solutions for their clients, specializing in active benefit management, COBRA administration, and reinbursement administration. 

Greg and Bhupesh discuss their integration challenges around dealing with widely varied trading partner data feeds:

“We decided a long time ago to provide the flexibility that we would meet their formats.  And that’s the main integration challenge that we encountered. We started off typically developing code, one-offs, each time, and we quickly realized that was an overhead that was very hard to manage and scale.”

With Pervasive Integration Hub (iHub), Benefit Concepts was able to quickly adapt to their trading partners’ many data feeds, and automate both integration and data quality profiling, giving them a huge competitive advantage over other benefit processing providers.
