It’s About the Experience – RightNow Summit 2011

As someone who lives the world of channel marketing, I am constantly thinking of new ways for RightNow to engage with, communicate to and build relationships among highly credible, technology companies such as Pervasive. In October, this activity intensifies as we prepare for the RightNow Summit Americas. This event is an amazing opportunity to connect with customers and partners and to hear stories about best practices for creating great customer experiences using RightNow CX plus our partner solutions.

For me, having Pervasive with us at Summit is very exciting. Integration is what allows our platform to truly deliver a great experience, taking into account an organizations existing systems and transforming them with our CX suite to deliver a Customer Experience center that improves retention, drives efficiency and boosts customer acquisition. Summit will be an opportunity for us to get to know our customers together, and come away with real life stories about how companies are innovating in their contact centers to create opportunities that literally impact the lives of everyday people.

Again, this year, we are hosting our Summit and Pavilion at the Broadmoor , a AAA Five-Diamond resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  It is all about the experience, and I’m thrilled to have so many companies attending and sponsoring the event here and around the globe.  I can’t wait to see the presentations and demos that highlight how so many of us are setting the bar with innovative technology solutions – all housed under one roof in the Partner Pavilion.
